Stalled technology projects · Fresh momentum

The project is stuck.
You don’t have to stay there.

A project has stopped moving. The meetings haven’t. I can help you work out what is stuck, what matters next and where a little hands-on help could make a difference.

01 · Sound familiar?

Familiar territory?

The deadline keeps moving. The team is busy, but nobody is quite sure what “done” means anymore. Or the project is now so familiar that every conversation starts halfway through the argument.

01 · THE KNOT

The hand-offs are fuzzy.

People, vendors and tools all own a piece. The gap between those pieces is where the work keeps landing.

02 · THE KNOT

The scope keeps growing.

The original goal is buried under new requests, assumptions and a very ambitious spreadsheet.

03 · THE KNOT

The room needs a reset.

You need an outside person who will listen, ask useful questions and help everyone see the next move.

02 · Something useful

A clearer picture. A smaller next move.

We agree on the scope first. Depending on the problem, the work can give you:

  • A plain-English view of the goal, the blockers and the decisions still needed.
  • A short set of priorities, with the trade-offs made visible.
  • An agreed next step: who needs to do what, and where I can help with the working details.

03 · A sensible fit

Room for the real conversation.

An owner-led business, an internal team or a leader who wants fresh eyes on a project that matters. You can share the real constraints and want practical help moving forward.

If you need a full-time project manager or a large delivery team, say so early. We can discuss whether a short outside review is still useful, without pretending it fills every role.

How we work

Listen → Start with the business need, the people involved and what is getting in the way.

Agree → Choose a useful outcome and a sensible scope before the paid work starts.

Move → Make the questions, decisions and next steps clear, with hands-on help where agreed.

Half-day, day or scoped project engagements over a few days to a few weeks. Two-hour minimum for paid work. Billed through Rockstar Antics Entertainment Inc.

04 · Fair questions

Before we say “let’s do it.”

Do I need a polished brief?

No. Tell me what the project should do, what is happening now and who is involved. A few honest sentences are a good start.

Will you do the work as well as advise?

We can include hands-on work where it fits my experience and the agreed scope. The first conversation helps separate what needs a decision from what needs doing.

Can you guarantee a rescue?

I can promise a proper listen and a clear view of what I think is useful. A deadline or outcome depends on the scope, access, people and constraints; we agree those together.

05 · Say hey

Bring the question.
We’ll find a useful place to start.

A few sentences about what is happening are plenty. I’m available for short technology projects, remote or in South Florida.
