A new friend (Rami) just wrote this about me and some of my journey (he was reaching out to business owners for perspectives and he gave me space to rant about the last 18 years while I was walking around a lake in Florida as I sought out Alligators 🐊).

Rami sent me the article for approval and I opted not to change a word. My ego of course would like to frame certain things and highlight others … but that wouldn’t have been authentic. So I just let it flow. He has a real talent for listening and capturing a story (honestly I don’t know how he did it because in my mind, when I was talking - I was all over the place).

Inspired by my friend Pablo, I decided to get out

Inspired by my friend Pablo, I decided to get out of my comfort zone today and just record myself taking a go at one of my favourite songs of all time (Lovin, Touchin, Squeezin… by Journey). My singing journey to date has been in situations I could control a little. But tossing it up on Facebook is a whole extra level of discomfort for me. And that there is why I’m doing it… 🧡🐳

I’m no Steve Perry (or Arnel), but not bad for a drummer I think… pitchy? Sure, forgotten words? Constantly… but f*ck it, this was me raw and unfiltered on the way to Elk Lake before Molly jumped in (heading home to deal with that fiasco now). Thanks Pablo.
